Online Practice

Zoe_20141202-33_enhancedKickstart 2016 with the Om Sweet Om urban retreat! Details at event page and www.fb.com/republicofyoga (Jan 9 – Jan 31st, Saturdays and Sundays 2-4pm). Free online videos will be released weekly to support your home practice on the Republic of Yoga Facebook Page and Youtube channel.

This workshop series led by Zoe Ho (international yoga teacher, E-RYT 500) is an alchemical playground to discover self-love and expression. Learn fresh, fun yogic tools, including pranayama (breath), asana (empowering movement), restorative yoga, mantra and meditation in a supportive, small group. You will clarify your intentions, set sustainable goals, unravel layers blocking your authentic expression, and connect back to om sweet om within.

Here are some of my favourite classes:

Restorative Sequence

This slow and deliberate restorative practice will leave you feeling quiet and relaxed.

Core Sequence

Zoe and Coco begin with a pranayama practice to warm up our core before moving into a sequence of both seated and standing postures focused around strength and stability in the belly.

Zoe demonstrates how we might safely and playfully move toward Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand).

Let the Wall support You

Using the support of the floor and wall for resistance, Zoe guides us through a complete sequence of standing, balancing, and hip opening postures.
