Restorative Sequence

This slow and deliberate restorative practice will leave you feeling quiet and relaxed.

 

Core Sequence

Zoe and Coco begin with a pranayama practice to warm up our core before moving into a sequence of both seated and standing postures focused around strength and stability in the belly.

Shoulderstand

Zoe demonstrates how we might safely and playfully move toward Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand).

 

Let the Wall support You

Using the support of the floor and wall for resistance, Zoe guides us through a complete sequence of standing, balancing, and hip opening postures.
