Welcome to the Republic of Yoga! I’m Zoe, and my mission is to help you love yourself, just as you are.

My thoughtfully curated practices are fun, fresh and accessible – with an emphasis on cultivating Embodied Mindfulness and Loving Kindness.

Zoe Ho, yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and certified yoga therapist (PRYT 600, Restorative Yoga Therapeutics), works with the mind-body connection, backed by leading edge neuroscience and trauma research. Her trauma-informed workshops and sessions will help you to reclaim your authentic self, increasing awareness and acceptance in order to move beyond doubts to make empowered choices for healing and enhanced living.

Since 2010, she has taught workshops, classes and retreats internationally. A global citizen, Zoe feels we are united in our humanity to seek a home within. She has learnt it is possible to embrace our wholeness even when going through immense challenges – surviving cancer and treatment, the heartbreak of divorce, supporting loved ones through recovery, addiction and loss. Today she shares these tools with an infectious sense of humour and tenderness, encouraging you to experience a sense of wonder in being alive.

The Republic of Yoga was first launched in 2011 in Singapore as a joy-filled global community celebrating people of all shapes and sizes, ages, and levels of experience. Whether it be sweet Yin, precise Hatha, fluid Flow or blissful Restorative… we share fresh, fun, inspiring practices that welcome Everybody. Come play. Expect a delightful freedom to unfold and explore your expression of yoga.

As you move with your breath through the postures, Yoga practice invigorates, rejuvenates and nourishes. Stress melts away, physical health improves, mental clarity is enhanced, and your mood is lifted. Our thoughtfully curated yoga practices transmit the essence of yoga with an emphasis on nourishing self-love with a sense of humour. Delight in the discovery of joy from moment to moment.

We love introducing yoga to beginners and helping people overcome physical limitations as much as we love helping seasoned practitioners refine and deepen their practice. We also offer one-on-one sessions, yoga team building workshops and events specially customized to your needs.

Our classes are a variety of traditional and modern yoga styles: Hatha (Iyengar and Vinyasa fusion), Restorative, Outdoor and Yin Yoga. We look forward to being part of your yoga journey.
